Whether you raise a glass on Earls’ rooftop patio or go for al fresco sipping at Wagamama, here are 10 cocktails to try this spring at The Pru’s restaurants.
A cocktail made with “Mandarin Blossom” vodka? Bring it to the outdoor deck, soak in the bright sun, and call it spring. The drink in question is called Citrus Crush and belongs on the list of “unique+spirited cocktails” at California Pizza Kitchen. Paired with muddled mint, fresh orange, and lemon, it includes all the ingredients that a 60+ degree day calls for.
They say spring is the season of hope. Well, we’d like to amend that statement to say, spring is the season of The Hope Diamond at Eddie V’s. The premier seafood restaurant has divided its signature drink list (called Cocktails With Attitude) into three categories: Idealism, Fortitude, and Decadence. Shining above them all, however, is the interactive Hope Diamond. Watch the mixture of Grey Goose vodka, grapefruit liqueur, and Butterfly Pea flower tea turn the color of spring lilacs as your server pours it over an extra-large diamond ice cube.
